<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven fabric which comprises cellulosic fibers represented by cotton fibers and has additional functionality. <P>SOLUTION: A nonwoven fabric comprises cellulosic fibers in which constituent fibers three-dimensionally entangles each other and at least one of mono glyceride and carboxylic acid amide is attached to the nonwoven fabric. In particular, the cellulosic fiber is preferably a cotton fiber. Also, mono glyceride is preferably lipophilic mono stearic acid glyceryl.
