<p>An area information generating unit generates plural pieces of area information each showing a partial area of a texture image. A polygon information generating unit generates polygon information including plural pieces of vertex information and an area ID. A rendering unit carries out interpolation on the texture coordinates of the vertices of a polygon on an output image to assign texture coordinates to each pixel located inside the polygon, and further acquires area information by referring to the area ID added to the polygon information and converts the texture coordinates assigned to each pixel of the output image in such a way that the texture coordinates fall within the area.</p> |
