<p>Disclosed is a radiation image capturing device characterized by comprising a bias current detecting means for outputting an electrical signal corresponding to an electric current flowing through a bias line, a differentiating means for differentiating the electrical signal, a comparator for outputting the result of comparing the value differentiated by the differentiating means with comparison voltage, an integrating means for integrating the value of the electrical signal for a predetermined period, an integral value comparing means for determining that the value obtained by the integration by the integrating means exceeds a predetermined threshold value and outputting the result, and an exposure start determining means for determining whether or not exposure to radiation is started, wherein in a standby mode, the exposure start determining means determines, on the basis of the change of either the output of the comparator and/or the output of the integral value comparing means, that the exposure to radiation is started.</p> |
