According to the present invention, a floating structure control device is provided, wherein the device comprises: a floating structure which is installed to float on the surface of the water; a post which is penetrated through the centre of said floating structure, and is erected and fixed to induce rising and falling of said floating structure according to a water level; a floating structure rotating means which has one pair of first and second power units installed on the ground, and one pair of first and second wires that cross each other by allowing both ends thereof to be respectively connected with the first and second power units and said floating structure; a wire-winding measurement means which is fixed to correspond to said first wire on the ground, and measures the winding quantity; and a control means which is connected with said wire-winding measurement means, and forward controls the operation of said one pair of the first and second power units according to a reference angle in accordance with the orbit of the sun by season. Thus the invention can precisely control the rotation of the floating structure according to the orbit of the sun. |
