<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation facility for a refuse incinerator and a control method thereof, safe even when a turbine trip is caused, while improving energy efficiency of the whole power generation facility by effectively using surplus steam for a heat using facility. <P>SOLUTION: When generating the surplus steam, while holding pressure of high pressure steam supplied to a steam turbine in a predetermined value by releasing a part of the high pressure steam to a low pressure steam reservoir, an extraction quantity of extraction steam is controlled so that a power generation quantity of a generator approaches a maximum value, and a steam quantity of the high pressure steam released to the low pressure steam reservoir is controlled so as to hold the pressure in the low pressure steam reservoir in a predetermined pressure range when the pressure in the low pressure steam reservoir is varied by a variation in the extraction quantity, and when the pressure of the high pressure steam supplied to the steam turbine exceeds a predetermined upper limit value higher than the predetermined value, a turbine bypass line is opened, and a steam quantity of the turbine bypass line is controlled so that the pressure of the high pressure steam supplied to the steam turbine from a boiler, becomes an upper limit set value or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
