<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an unevenness of an immune tissue dyeing reaction by giving uniform stirring characteristics to a droplet.SOLUTION: A ring body 10 having an acetone-resistant property and composed of a resin not affecting an electric field distribution under a voltage applied environment and having a through hole of 0.5 to 5.0 mm in ring width W and 19 to 600 mmin internal area is formed; a water-repellent ring 1 for electric field stirring is constituted by providing this ring body 10 on a plastic substrate 2; a liquid droplet L is dropped in a ring inside 11 which is a through hole portion of the ring body 10; the water-repellent ring 1 for electric field stirring is provided in a specimen chamber E1 of an electric field non-contact stirring device E; a plus side is applied with 0.4 to 2.0 kV/mm as a main voltage in addition to an offset electric field intensity 0.2 to 1.0 kV/mm; and the electric field formed with a repeating square wave deviated to the plus side is given to the liquid droplet L by frequencies of 0.1 to 300 Hz so as to be stirred in non-contact.</p> |
