<p>The present invention relates to a method for preparing a glass ceramic powder and a glass ceramic powder prepared by the same, wherein, when a porcelain film similar to a natural tooth is formed on a surface of an artificial tooth made of dental zirconia (hereinafter, referred to as″zirconia core″), the porcelain film has strong binding strength with the surface of the zirconia core. The method comprises the steps of: a) preparing a primary solution by putting and dissolving a metal inorganic compound in distilled water; b) preparing a secondary solution by mixing a metal organic compound constituting glass ceramic with any one of methanol and ethanol; c) preparing a tertiary solution by adding HNO_3 in the primary solution; d) feeding the secondary solution into a stirrer and slowly feeding the tertiary solution into the secondary solution in the stirrer while stirring, to prepare a sol solution for a precursor; e) feeding the sol solution for a precursor into an aerosol generator to spray the sol solution in an aerosol form, and applying flames to the sprayed aerosol to collect a glass ceramic powder, from which impurities and organic matters are removed; and f) heat-treating the collected glass ceramic powder to remove crystallized water or organic matters present in the glass ceramic powder.</p> |
