<p>The present invention relates to a method for synthesizing alumina nanowires on surfaces of silicon carbide and to a silicon carbide-alumina structure synthesized thereby and, more specifically, to a method for directly synthesizing alumina nanowire structure by reacting gas phase sources on surfaces of silicon carbide. The silicon carbide-alumina structure of the present invention can be applied to various fields through surface functionalization and hybridization, and especially used as a catalyst in diesel particulate filter (DPF), VOC treatment, SF gas treatment, CO_2 recycling, and reforming reaction.</p> |
