PROCESS FOR KEEPING FRESHNESS OF HORTICULTURE PRODUCT

摘要

The production material of LCA (Low ethylene Controlled Atmosphere) condition is prepared by: (a) drying the porous zeolite followed by mixing potassium permanganate with natural zeolite to obtain the ethylene gas absorbent; (b) adding the production material of CA (Controlled Atmosphere) condition made of potassium carbonate and ferric oxide or ferrous oxide in the ratio of 2:1. The obtained material is useful for the preservation of freshness of fruits and horticultures.
