The present invention relates to a system for transforming synthesis gas obtained from waste. More particularly, an embodiment of the present invention provides a system for transforming synthesis gas obtained from waste, comprising: a waste supply part for supplying waste received from the outside; a melting furnace for generating synthesis gas by melting waste supplied by the waste supply part; a heat recovery part for generating steam and lowering the temperature of the synthesis gas by making the generated synthesis gas exchange heat with water supplied from the outside; a refining part for removing pollutants, which are included in the cooled synthesis gas, above a certain level; a synthesis gas reforming part for conducting a reforming process for changing the properties of the synthesis gas having the pollutants removed therefrom above a certain level; a raw material transforming part for transforming the synthesis gas, which has gone through the reforming process, into raw materials; a reforming process steam supply part for receiving part of the steam generated in the heat recovery part and supplying the steam to the synthesis gas reforming part; a reforming process heat supply part for receiving part of the steam generated in the heat recovery part and supplying the heat of the received steam to the synthesis gas reforming part; and a raw material transforming process heat supply part for receiving part of the steam generated in the heat recovery part and supplying the heat of the received steam to the raw material transforming part.
