<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enzyme stabilization method for an enzyme composition which comprises an enzyme as a component and utilizes a function of the enzyme.SOLUTION: This invention provides a composition in which poly-γ-L-glutamic acid coexists with an enzyme, the poly-γ-L-glutamic acid being polyamino acid in whichα-amino group andγ-carboxyl group of L-glutamic acid are amide-bonded, and a method to stabilize an enzyme using the composition.</p> |
