PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solution treatment method and a treatment apparatus each realizable even within geographic regions, etc. where the sourcing of industrial supply water is difficult while inhibiting apparatus and operation costs at low levels.SOLUTION: A solution is transmitted through a reverse osmotic membrane 2 and separated into concentrated water C including cations and anions and pure water P, and the concentrated water is transmitted through an amphoteric ion exchange resin 3. Since the concentrated water rather than the entire solution is transmitted through the amphoteric ion exchange resin, the amphoteric ion exchange resin can be miniaturized by greatly abating the water treatment volume of the amphoteric ion exchange resin, and the apparatus cost and operation cost can be abated. The pure water can be used for regenerating the amphoteric ion exchange resin. The solution includes Caand SOand can be separated, by the amphoteric ion exchange resin, into a solution L1 predominantly including Caand a solution L2 predominantly including SO. An industrial effluent or leachate or primarily treated water at a final disposal site can be sourced as the solution. |
