PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify circuit configuration while suppressing increase in power consumption, and to prevent occurrence of malfunction due to noise.SOLUTION: Gate drive circuits 6A, 6B supply on-voltage for turning on semiconductor elements M1, M2 and off-voltage for turning off. Off-voltage generating circuits 7A, 7B are those generating off-voltage. In the semiconductor elements M1, M2, an off-voltage that is supplied to a gate of a Di operation side element that performs Di operation for causing a current to flow in reverse direction when an MOS operation side element that performs MOS operation for causing a current to flow in forward direction is turned on, is changed toward negative direction than a normal voltage. The off-voltage generating circuits 7A, 7B, during a period in which a current that flows with the MOS operation side element interposed in forward direction is increasing, starts change of off-voltage in negative direction. |
