PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid work machine suppressing lug-down of an engine generated when a load on the work machine increases abruptly without giving uncomfortable feeling to an operator.SOLUTION: The hybrid work machine has an engine ENG, a hydraulic pump HyP driven by the engine, a hydraulic work part HyA driven by pressure oil discharged from the hydraulic pump, a motor MOT for assisting output between the motor and the engine, and a power storage device BA for supplying power to the motor. A hybrid controller 100 controls so that motor output from change start to a prescribed time is larger than engine output when a rate of change in load of the hydraulic pump is increased. |
