<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply circuit which can output stable voltage with respect to input voltage in a wide range.SOLUTION: A power supply circuit has: a bias voltage generation circuit (42) to which input voltage PV is supplied; a voltage determination section (43) for detecting operation state of the bias voltage generation circuit; a boosting circuit (16) for generating boosted voltage of the input voltage in which a boosting rate is variable; a switch (SW 1) for selecting the input voltage or boosted voltage to supply to an internal power supply line; and a voltage determination section (19) for detecting a bias voltage generation circuit (18) to be connected to the internal power supply line and operation state thereof. The boosting rate of the switch and the boosting circuit is controlled, on the basis of detection results of the voltage determination section (43) and the voltage determination section (19).</p> |
