A health drink is prepared by (a) adding sugar or fructose into the pulverized Polypara cordata and Shin-Sun herb, and mixing with water respectively, (b) fermenting at 23 deg.C for 15 days to obtain fermented solutions of Polypara cordata and Shin-Sun herb respectively, (c) mixing water with Crataegi fructus and Puerariae radix, and concentrating the mixture to 20 % by double broiling, (d) adding yeast and malt into the concentrated solution, and fermenting at 23 deg.C for 7 days to obtain the fermented solution of the mixture. The composition for health drink contains the fermented solutions of Polypara cordata, Shin-Sun herb and mixtures of Crataegi fructus of Puerariae radix 5 pts respectively, brewing vinegar 10 pts, honey 4 pts, sugar or fructose 4 pts and water 100 pts.+ ' +
