PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide conductive material which has a favorable releasing property and can conduct electricity per pixel, and to provide an image forming apparatus using the conductive material.SOLUTION: Conductive material is characterized in that fluorine-contained resin is contained on a surface layer of an elastomer with an interval of 40 um or less, the elastomer being made of resin material molded by curing dispersion liquid prepared by evenly dispersing resin material or a precursor therefor and carbon nano-tube, and conductivity and a surface releasing property are obtained.
