PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device in which a desired lens shape is easily obtained and which is excellent in color rendering properties and light distribution properties.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a light-emitting device (10) includes the steps of: filling a recess (12) of a substrate with a first sealing material (15) comprising a translucent resin containing phosphor particles (15a); installing a mask member (30) with an opening (31) correspondingly to the recess; applying a second sealing material (16) comprising a translucent resin having a filler dispersed therein, through the opening of the mask member; removing the mask member; and thereafter forming a convex lens by flow deformation of the second sealing material. |
