<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal rotary hook of a sewing machine.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, an outer hook is provided in a horizontal rotary hook of a sewing machine. An inner hook including a hook shaft is provided inside the outer hook. The inner hook is rotated around a shaft line with respect to the outer hook. An elastic component and a bobbin seat are fitted to the hook shaft in order. The bobbin seat is pushed by the elastic component located between the inner hook and the bobbin seat and is moved in the shaft line direction. A bobbin is provided outside the bobbin seat. The upper end of the hook shaft is pivotally connected with a hook shaft lock, and the hook shaft lock is rotatable between a locked position and an unlocked position. When the hook shaft lock is positioned at the locked position, both ends of the bobbin are held cooperatively by the hook shaft lock and the bobbin seat. On the side face of the hook shaft lock, a position restricting part is protruded. When the hook shaft lock is positioned at the unlocked position, the bobbin seat is elastically moved upward, and is locked and positioned by the position restricting part. Thus, when a user pushes a lock device of the rotary hook, the bobbin in the inside can be quickly and conveniently replaced. In addition, a rotary hook internal mechanism does not need to be precisely machined in size, and the total number of components can be reduced, so that production cost can be reduced.</p> |
