PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device that accurately determines a change in a state of attachment to an attached surface with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A determination device comprises a first measurement unit 30, a first calculation unit 40, a storage unit 42, a second calculation unit 44, a determination unit 46 and an output unit 48. The first measurement unit 30 is fixed to a body part to be attached to an attached surface and at least measures acceleration speed in one direction. The first calculation unit 40 calculates inclination information showing inclination of the attached surface, on the basis of the acceleration speed measured in a first period by the first measuring unit 30. The storage unit 42 stores the inclination information calculated by the first calculation unit 40. The second calculation unit 44 calculates difference information showing a difference between the inclination information stored by the storage unit 42 and inclination information newly calculated by the first calculation unit 40. The determination unit 46 determines that a state of attachment of the body part to the attached surface changes, when the difference information shows a difference equal to or greater than a prescribed value consecutively in a second period. The output unit 48 outputs information based on a result of the determination by the determination unit 46. |
