PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device capable of realizing the narrowing down of a frame and also capable of improving the effect of shielding by a conductor layer, and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: An input device 10 has a base substance 30, an electrode 31 provided on the base substance 30, a leader wiring 36 connected to the electrode 31, and a conductor layer 50. The leader wiring 36 and the conductor layer 50 are arranged on the same surface of the base substance 30 adjacent to each other with a space therebetween, and the conductor layer 50 is formed in greater thickness than the thickness of the leader wiring 36. The conductor layer 50 is provided with an extension part 54 extending toward the leader wiring 36, the extension part 54 being provided in an upper part 51e of the conductor layer 50 above the leader wiring 36 and arranged leaving a space with respect to the leader wiring 36 in a plan view. |
