PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flavor-imparting agent capable of easily imparting a flavor to a laminar food of cereal flour.SOLUTION: The flavor-imparting agent for application to a laminar food of cereal flour contains a flavoring agent and is made of water-in-oil emulsion including 90 wt.% or more of liquid oil in the oil and fat. A method for manufacturing a laminar food of cereal flour imparted with flavor includes applying the flavor-imparting agent for application to a laminar food of cereal flour to the dough of a laminar food of cereal flour after molding. |
