<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a population change decision device in which the degree of change of population is accurately decided, even when location information is not acquired sufficiently.SOLUTION: A location information acquisition unit 11 acquires location information showing the location of people associated with time. The number of people calculation unit 13 calculates the degree of the number of people every time zone and area, based on the distribution of people according to the distance from the location shown by the location information acquired by the location information acquisition part 11. A target period number of people acquisition unit 15 acquires the degree of the number of people in a target period of an area of interest based on the degree of the number of people calculated by the number of people calculation unit 13. A past period number of people acquisition unit 16 acquires the degree of the number of people in a past period from the target period of the area of interest based on the number of people calculated by the number of people calculation unit 13, and decides the change degree of the number of people in the target period by using the degree of the number of people acquired by the number of people acquisition unit 15 during the target period and the degree of the number of people acquired by the number of people acquisition 18 during the past period, and outputs information based on the results decided.</p> |
