The present invention relates to an insulation panel integrated with heat-retaining pins that can prevent the heat-retaining pin from being detached from an insulation material, regardless of change in surrounding temperature, and a manufacturing method thereof. An insulation panel for use in a curtain wall method for constructing a high-rise building includes a body cutting a rectangular plate to serve as a lid of a hollow rectangular box; a heat-retaining pin of an elongated rod shape which is engaged to the inner bottom surface of the body at one end thereof; and a rectangular insulation material filled in the inner space of the body, in which the heat-retaining pin penetrates top and bottom surfaces. The method includes the steps of: (a) cutting each corner of a rectangular plate in an L-shape; (b) cutting the corner in a rectangular shape, with a seaming member of a rod shape in a diagonal direction from an apex being left; (c) bending the cut portion of each corner formed at the step (b) at a right angle in a box shape; outwardly bending the cut portion formed at the step (a) at a right angle to form a joint portion; (e) pressing the seaming member to each corner of the body formed at the step (c) to stop up a gap of each corner of the body; (f) engaging a heat-retaining pin of an elongated rod shape to the inner bottom surface of the body at one end; and (g) filling a rectangular insulation material in the inner space of the body as top and bottom surfaces are penetrated by the heat-retaining pin. |
