<p>The present invention relates to an automatic tester with a socket for a photo diode array biochip test comprising: a seating part which provides a seating space in which a package can be seat, the package mounting a photo diode array biochip; a cover part which covers the photo diode array biochip and electrically connects the photo diode array biochip to a substrate for mounting the package; and a connection part which is connected and fixed to one side of the seating part, has a pivot shaft inserted into a pivot hole included on the cover part, and can pivot the cover part on the pivot shaft at the top of the seating part. According to the present invention, the package mounting the photo diode array biochip is inserted so as to quickly perform an electrical and optical test, therefore the present invention not need to solder frequently whenever the electrical and optical test of the photo diode array biochip is needed. In addition, the present invention not waste manpower and take excessive time for the electrical and optical test of the photo diode array biochip.</p> |
