<p>The present invention relates to a ceiling cooling and heating device using water supply and hot water supply. According to the present invention, cooling and heating is performed by utilizing water in a water supply tank (30) or a hot water supply tank (40). Moreover, cooling and heating is efficiently performed for a long period of time by utilizing water stored in a temporary storage tank (14) when water is not used in a water demand part (34) or a hot water demand part (44). In case water flowing out from the temporary storage tank (14) and passing through a heat exchanging part (20) is not used in the water demand part (34) or the hot water demand part (44), the water is returned to the temporary storage tank (14) through a return pipe (27), and the water in the temporary storage tank (14) is continuously transferred to the heat exchanging part (20). Therefore, energy of the water in the temporary storage tank (14) can be fully utilized. The present invention has an effect of efficiently cooling and heating by utilizing water supply and hot water supply as the water transferred from the water supply tank (30) or the hot water supply tank (40) is fully utilized by utilizing the temporary storage tank (14).</p> |
