METHOD OF MAKING TURMERIC SALT

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing salt containing Curcuma longa and Curcuma longa salt manufactured thereby are provided to maintain beneficial components of the Curcuma longa and yellow soil by parching the Curcuma longa salt in a yellow soil container. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing salt containing Curcuma long comprises the following steps: baking a yellow soil container(S110); making Curcuma longa salt by putting bay salt in the yellow soil container; mixing the Curcuma longa and yellow soil salt by putting the yellow soil salt out of the yellow soil container; making the Curcuma longa salt by heating Curcuma longa and the yellow soil salt in the yellow soil container(S150); and storing the Curcuma longa salt in the yellow soil container. The Curcumae longae is Curcumae longae extract or an undiluted solution of Curcumae longae.
