The present invention relates to a power transmission system of a hybrid electric vehicle which can minimize loss of power of transmitting a torque capable of driving in an EV driving mode, a series driving mode, and two parallel driving modes by being applied with two clutches and two motors/generators. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the power transmission system of a hybrid vehicle comprises: a first input shaft receiving rotary power of an engine composed of a first intermediate output gear on one side; a second input shaft composed of a second intermediate output gear on one end; a first motor shaft composed of a first motor shaft input gear; a first motor/generator; a power connecting means; a second motor shaft; a second motor/generator; and an output means.
