PURPOSE:To maintain adsorption capacity by recovering adsorbent to a reusable state without using a special regenerator and to obtain economy, practical utilization. CONSTITUTION:The CO gas laser comprises a laser gas channel 1 for feeding laser gas and inert gas, a discharger 2 in which the fed gases are included in a discharge atmosphere, heat exchangers 5A, 5B to be operated at the time of a laser generating mode, a CO2 adsorbing unit 6 for adsorbing without chemical reaction with CO2 and separating and emitting the adsorbed CO2, and a gas exhaust system 8 for sucking and exhausting the fed gases. |
