A salted fish was prepd. by mixing pollack roe with squid. Thus, a mixt. contg. 45 parts pollack roe and 55 parts squid were blended with 0.5% sucrose, 0.3% M.S.G., 0.15% potassium sorbic acid, 0.42% ethyl alcohol, 0.166% lactic acid, 0.25% manascus pigment, and 2% D- sorbitol to give the final product. |
