<p>The present invention relates to a lift jack assembly shuttle line for a vehicle. The lift jack assembly shuttle line for the vehicle, according to the present invention, hinge-couples a pair of hinge units by inserting hinge pins into the pair of hinge units placed respectively at ends of an upper arm and a lower arm, comprising: a body placed in the longitudinal direction on an inner bottom surface thereof and provided with a supporting frame having a cutting unit formed at the center thereof; a plurality of fixing jigs provided symmetrically to each other at both sides of the cutting unit so as to be spaced at a certain interval on an upper part of the supporting frame; a rail unit horizontally and movably coupled to at least one ascending and descending cylinder provided to be spaced at a certain interval along the longitudinal direction on the bottom surface of the body; a moving jig slidably coupled to the rail unit; a hinge pin insertion means placed at a certain location in the longitudinal direction of the body so as to insert the hinge pins into the pair of hinge units; a caulking means placed at the body to be spaced at a certain interval from the hinge pin insertion means and caulking the hinge pins inserted into the hinge units; and a riveting means which is placed on the body to be spaced at a certain interval from the caulking means and riveting one end of each hinge pin.</p> |
