<p>PURPOSE: A hall sensor connecting structure of a brushless DC electric (BLDC) motor prevents malfunctions and defects of the motor by preventing a hall sensor substrate from being separated due to the vibration of the motor. CONSTITUTION: A rotor (18) is formed inside a motor housing (10). A stator (12) is fixed to the inner circumferential surface of the motor housing. The stator is formed by laminating multiple silicon steel thin plates. An insulator (22) performs an insulation function by being inserted inside a stator slot. The insulator is composed of an upper insulator (24) and a lower insulator (26). A hall sensor senses the magnetic force of a magnet by being attached on a hall sensor substrate.</p> |
