<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information gathering system that can make a communication path between a data acquisition device having wired communication means and a measuring device having wired communication means be wireless without substantially changing an existing network configuration in an information gathering system that obtains measurement data from the measuring device by communication, and to provide an information gathering method therein.SOLUTION: An information gathering system comprises: a measuring device 7 having wired communication means 26; a data acquisition device 11 that has wired communication means 42 and obtains measurement data from the measuring device 7 via the wired communication means 42; a measuring side wireless device 8 arranged at the measuring device 7 side; and an acquisition side wireless device 9 arranged at the data acquisition device 11 side. The measuring side wireless device 8 has wired communication means 31 that performs wired connection with the wired communication means 26 of the measuring device 7. The acquisition side wireless device 9 has wired communication means 41 that is wired connected with the wired communication means 42 of the data acquisition device 11, and connects the measuring side wireless device 8 and the acquisition side wireless device 9 in a wireless communication available manner.</p> |
