The coupling antenna assembly (10) has a signal terminal (3), a substrate (11) and an antenna structure (12) on the substrate. The antenna structure has an edge surface (14) and a central base surface (13) in a central region. The signal terminal is connected to the base surface with a signal terminal pin and to the edge surface with another signal terminal pin. The edge surface is provided for arrangement in a partial region opposite to an antenna of the to-be coupled mobile radio device (8). The central base surface is connected in signal conducting manner with the edge surface. An independent claim is included for a recording holder with an insulant housing.
