PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device improving a yield while suppressing an increase in a manufacturing cost by solving such a problem that, when a signal inputted in a pixel is erased with a gate terminal of a driving transistor set to the same potential to that of a source terminal, sometimes a slight current flows to the driving transistor to cause display defect.SOLUTION: The semiconductor device is configured, when a potential of a scanline for erasure is increased, to increase the potential of a gate terminal of the driving transistor accordingly. For example, the scanline and the gate terminal of the driving transistor are connected via a rectifying element. |
