PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to use endogenous NO for a patient under intubator treatment, by enabling the outside of a trachea tube to communicate with a flow pass via a symporter device and constructing the structure of the common transport device to enable gas to flow into the flow pass from the upper pneumatic duct during inhalation. SOLUTION: Breathing gas from an artificial respirator 11 is carried to a Y-shaped member 8 to be forwarded to a trachea tube 2 and flown into the lower pneumatic duct and lungs. Breathing gas returns to the artificial respirator carried backward during exhalation. Endogenous NO is formed, recovered, and concentrated in the upper pneumatic duct. In a case of a sound person, endogenous NO flows into lungs accompanying inhaled air. Since this device is equipped with a symporter impeachment 16 to flow gas containing endogenous NO into a trachea tube 2, endogenous NO is supplied same as the natural condition. Since NO gas is carried for a short distance, danger to be converted to NO2 can be suppressed at the minimum. Further, since the NO concentration is adjusted in a patient's body itself, dangerous concentration does not occur.
