The invention provides a suspension device. The suspension device which is provided with a swing arm made by a panel improves rigidity of the swing arm. The suspension device (1) is provided with the swing arm (3), an upper arm (4), and a first lower arm (5).The swing arm is provided with an axle supporting portion (14). The upper arm (4) connects an upper arm supporting portion (29) of the swing arm with a vehicle body. The first lower arm (5) connects a first lower arm supporting portion (17) of the swing arm with the vehicle body. The swing arm is provided with an inner panel (11) and an outer panel (12) which are combined and an inner space is divided between the inner panel (11) and the outer panel (12), and a distance piece (40) clamped between the inner panel and the outer panel. The distance piece is configured between the upper arm supporting portion and the first lower arm supporting portion, and is provided with an extending portion (73) roughly and parallelly extending an imaginary line (C) which connects the upper arm supporting portion and the first lower arm supporting portion. |
