PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair growth inhibitor composition which is obtained by finding out a substance having excellent hair growth inhibitory effects from components derived from natural products having excellent safety and including the substance as an active ingredient, having good slip and permeability to skin and an excellent feeling of use without stickiness.
