PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mixture for treating a solid surface, usable for a solid surface of a plastic, etc. SOLUTION: In a composition for treating a solid surface (especially for removing flux) belonging to a chlorofluorocarbon having a doubt of attacking or decomposing ozone in the stratosphere, a pseudo azeotropic mixture of 75-95 wt.% of 1,1,1,3,3-pentafluorobutane, 1-15 wt.% of methylene chloride and 1-10 wt.% of methanol is used for replacing 1,1,2 trichloro-1,2,2-trifluoroethane and 1,1-dichloro-1fluoroethane. |
