PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-and-oil repellant improved in water repellency and in solubility to a petroleum solvent.SOLUTION: In a graft copolymer, a trunk polymer comprises a repeating unit derived from: a fluorine-free vinyl monomer (B); a polymerizable cyclic acid anhydride (C); and a vinyl monomer (D) selected from an NCO group, an acid chloride group and a halomethyl group, and has a group that binds to a branched polymer. The branched polymer comprises a repeating unit derived from: a vinyl monomer containing a perfluoroalkyl group (E); and a fluorine-free vinyl monomer (F). A solution-type water-and-oil repellant composition containing an organic solvent is also provided. |
