The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a fabric using a Korean joomchi paper and lacquer and Korean joomchi paper manufactured by the same. The present invention provides Korean joomchi paper of which characteristics are presented to maintain texture of leather for a long time and moistureproofing and antibacterial functions are applied thereto to be used as a fabric for various products such as a bag, shoes, and an interior material for a vehicle. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing a fabric using the Korean joomchi paper and lacquer includes: a first process of preparing the Korean joomchi paper; a second process of forming a lacquer coating layer on the inside by coating one side of the Korean joomchi paper prepared in the first process with a lacquer coating solution and drying; and a third process of forming a plurality of lacquer coating layers on the outside by coating the other side of the Korean joomchi paper with the lacquer coating solution after the second process and drying and repeating coating and drying. In the first process, the Korean joomchi paper with a rugged surface is manufactured through manufacturing and drying processes such that one piece of the Korean paper is unrolled and wet by water, and then, after another Korean paper is stacked on the wet paper, they are massaged or rubbed while water is applied. The lacquer solution is a diluted solution mixed with, with respect to 100 parts by weight of a lacquer of an undiluted solution collected from a lacquer tree, 60 to 65 parts by weight of terrapin, 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of diatomite powder, 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of charcoal powder, and 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of red clay powder. The second process and the third process are performed by drying for about 6 hours to about 8 hours at temperature of about 18°C to about 23°C and humidity of about 77% to about 85%, respectively. |
