<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching control circuit for suppressing concentration of generated heat on a diode. <P>SOLUTION: The switching control circuit includes the diode which is connected in parallel to a switching element in a reverse direction of current flowing during forward conduction of the switching element, a temperature detection means for detecting a temperature of at least the switching element or the diode and a control means for controlling current flowing during reverse conduction of the switching element in accordance with a detection temperature of the temperature detection means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
