Provided is an evaporated fuel processing apparatus which suppresses a blow-out amount of evaporated fuel, discharged from an atmosphere port to the atmosphere, to be low. The evaporated fuel processing apparatus (1) has: a path (3) in which fluid circulates; a tank port (4) and a purge port (5) on one end of the path (3); an atmosphere port (6) on the other side of the path (3); and two or more absorption layers filled with an absorption material, which is able to absorb fuel components, in the path (3). The apparatus has: a main absorption layer (11); three or more absorption layers (12, 13, 14) which have an area formed in the atmosphere port side of the main absorption layer (11) and are different from the main absorption layer (11) in the area; and a separation unit (31, 32) which separates an adjacent absorption layer. The volume of at least one separation unit (32) in the area is larger than the sum of the volume of absorption layers (13, 14) which have the separation unit (32) between the absorption layers. |
