CYLINDER WITH COMPOSITE MATERIAL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A cylinder is provided to improve the working efficiency in working with a heavy equipment mounting a cylinder by realizing the light weight of the cylinder and to improve the corrosion resistance. CONSTITUTION: A cylinder is prepared by the steps of: producing a cylindrical cylinder liner(10) having a side opened and including a female screw unit having a screw groove on the opening and the other side closed; forming a cylinder body(100) by winding and hardening a fiber(20) at a certain angle after impregnating the fiber(20) with resin through the filament winding process around the cylinder liner; preparing a hydraulic oil gate(30) to feed oil pressure to the cylinder body; inserting a rod(40) into the cylinder body to prevent the rod from being dis placed from the cylinder body; and inserting a connecting member(50) into a male screw unit(52) inserted into a screw groove(14) of a female screw unit(12) to be integrated with the cylinder body.
