PURPOSE: An apparatus for detecting underground buried substance using GPR system is provided to manufacture the GPR(ground penetration radar) of better performance, to improve work efficiency through unification and to ensure the safety of the piping with the development of economical and simplified GPR. CONSTITUTION: A main console(100) controls the whole system, also records and stores a signal transmitted from a receiver(300), and transmits files to a PC necessary for processing. The main console(100) determines several variables, such as initial time at which the signal is recorded, the digital sampling distance of receiving signal, whole time range at which the signal is recorded, stacking time, etc, necessary for the probing. A display part(400) converts the acquired pulse file into the image. A transmission cable is in charge of the file transmission between the main console(100) and the transmitter and receiver(200,300).
