Provided is a permanent form (100) for constructing coping comprising: a box-shaped main body (110) which includes an external wall (111) and a bottom plate (112) therein to form a space for casting concrete and placing reinforcing bars; a pier coupling unit (11) which is formed on the bottom plate (112) to be coupled with the pier (10); a buried reinforcing bar (120) which has a central part buried in the bottom plate (112) and both ends vertically buried in the external wall (111); and a reinforcing bar coupling unit (200) which is formed on the buried reinforcing bar (120) and the external wall (111) to couple the buried reinforcing bar (120) with a field assembling reinforcing bar (20). Therefore, the permanent form is not required to have expensive large equipment, is less dangerous for installation and delivery, and easily performs work despite a structure of being installed in the upper part of an inaccessible pier.
