PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability in a high-frequency treatment device for an endoscope. SOLUTION: A conductive inner sheath 12 is inserted into an insulating outer sheath 11, and a conductive drive wire 13 with insulating coating in the circumference is inserted into the inner sheath 12. First and second elastic leg members 31, 32 which are mutually opened to be a substantially funnel shape, are attached to an insulating electrode support member 33 which is attached to the distal end of the drive wire 13. The first and second leg members 31, 32 are closed by retracting inside the distal end of the inner sheath 12. Since the inner sheath is inserted into the outer sheath, sliding operation and rotation operation can be smoothly performed, and since the shortage of a slide amount and the delay of a response are reduced, high operability is attained.
