摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a device and a method for recognizing the position of a moving robot by using a CCTV capable of recognizing the position of the moving robot by using the CCTV and, more specifically, to a device and a method for controlling the moving robot by recognizing the position of the moving robot without using a sensor. According to the present invention, a control part receives information on multiple images of the moving robot from the CCTV. The control part presets a movable area and an immovable area through the image information. The control part detects position information of the moving robot by recognizing a mark included in the moving robot through the image information. The control part controls the moving robot by delivering the movable area, the immovable area, and the position information of the moving robot to the moving robot through a wireless AP.</p>
