The present invention relates to a method for increasing the stemness of a human cell. Particularly, in the present invention, it is confirmed that an HGF from among various growth factors is a major factor which is important in excellently maintaining the characteristics of a stem cell because the same adjusts a telomere length of a mesenchymal stem cell. When the HGF is treated on a mesenchymal stem cell, the expression of a stemness index factor is inceased, and a chromosomal end is extended, so that the lifespan of the cell is extended and aging is controlled. Also, the growth and viability of the cell are improved so that cells can be mass-cultured. It has been confirmed that the limitation of in vitro culturing of existing mesenchymal stem cells can be overcome, so that it has been clarified that the method of the present invention can be effectively used for cell treatment or regenerative medicine. |
