The present invention relates to a kit for diagnosing rheumatoid arthritis using biomarkers like TNF-α, VEGF, and CEA and a method for diagnosing rheumatoid arthritis using the same. The kit for diagnosing rheumatoid arthritis in the present invention uses biomarkers like TNF-α, VEGF, and CEA which are an important index or a cause of rheumatoid arthritis and has an outstanding sensitivity and specific level in spite of a small amount of blood, thereby accurately diagnosing rheumatoid arthritis and having simplicity, accuracy and an economical effect. Therefore, a simple blood test is expected to be used as a method for selecting RA patients or for evaluating treatment effects.
